Alexandrina “Rena” McLachlan, age 80

Alexandrina “Rena” (Black) McLachlan, age 80, of Braintree, died, Friday, March 12, 2021 in the comfort of her own home.

Rena was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, to the late Alexander and Janet (McRindle) Black. Raised and educated there, she immigrated to the United States in 1967. She had lived in Braintree for over fifty years.

She was a devoted homemaker.

Beloved wife of the late Ronald William McLachlan.

Devoted sister of the late Jean Campbell and Margaret Lawrie.

Loving aunt of Paul M. Campbell and his wife Elizabeth of Waltham, Gavin Nisbit, Yvonne Lawrie, both of Scotland, and the late Elaine J. Graziano.

Dear great-aunt of Marisa Burns, Holland Campbell, Stephanie French, Gina Cedrone, Joseph Graziano, Jr., and Daniel Graziano.

In light of current events, graveside services were conducted privately at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
