Kathleen M. (Callahan) Marcucci, age 71

Kathleen M. (Callahan) Marcucci, age 71, of Hull, formerly of Scituate, died peacefully, Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at the South Shore Hospital, in the comfort of her loving family.

Kathleen was born in Boston, to the late Dennis J. and Katherine E. (Hogan) Callahan. Raised in Boston, Kathleen had lived in Hull for ten years, previously in Scituate for ten years.

She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and had been employed in the healthcare industry for many years and had also worked as a waitress.

Kathleen loved to cook and enjoyed spending time with her cherished grandchildren. She especially liked sitting by the ocean and watching sunsets with her husband and family.

Beloved wife for fifty-four years and childhood sweetheart, since the age of thirteen, of Louis F. Marcucci.

Devoted mother of Louis E. Marcucci and his wife Andrea of Marshfield, Gina T. Joyce and her husband Joseph of Braintree, and Kathleen P. Marcucci of Norwood.

Loving grandmother of Alec, Michaela, and Luke Marcucci, Angelina and Anabella Joyce, Sabrina, Thomas, and Francesca Burke.

Kathleen was one of thirteen siblings and is survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Saint John the Baptist Church, 44 School Street, Quincy on Thursday, October 24th at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

At the request of the family, visiting hours were omitted and interment will take place privately at a later date.
