Robert A. Ienello, age 57

Braintree, Robert A. Ienello, age 57, of Braintree, formerly of Quincy, passed away, on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the South Shore Hospital, in the comfort of his loving family.

Robert was born in Quincy to the late Frank R. and Helen (McKenzie) Ienello. Raised in Quincy, he was a graduate of Quincy Vocation Technical High School, Class of 1982 and had lived in Braintree for twenty years, previously in Quincy.

He was a self-employed licensed plumber, the absolute best. A hard-working, smart, selfless man, who did everything for everyone else and nothing for himself.

Number 1 Bruins fan, he also enjoyed the Patriots and Red Sox. He had a wonderful sense of humor and will be truly missed by all who knew him.

Devoted brother of Dorothy Burke and her husband Stephen of Braintree, Patricia McElhinney of Portland, Maine, Gregory Ienello and his wife Gail of Sumpter, SC, Frank Ienello of Braintree and the late Frances Hubbard.

Loving uncle of Jennifer Reidy and her husband Griffith of Brockton, Allison French and her husband Ryan of Old Orchard Beach, Maine, Stephanie Bowen and her husband Jerry of South Boston. Bob is also survived by many other much-loved nieces and nephews.

Dear friend of Denise Feeney of Weymouth.

At the request of the family, funeral services were private.
