Richard M. Jolliemore, Jr., age 55, of Whitman, formerly of Quincy, died peacefully, Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, in the comfort of his loving family.

Rich was born in Boston and raised in Quincy. He was a graduate of Quincy High School, Class of 1988.

He lived in Whitman for the past twenty years, previously in Quincy for most of his life.

Rich was a dedicated employee of Intertek USA, Inc. in Chelsea for twenty years, working as an operations coordinator. He enjoyed his job and the many friendships that he made there throughout the years.

Rich always looked forward to the next family gathering or special occasion, and especially enjoyed spending time with his niece and nephews.

Beloved son of Diane M. (Roberts) Jolliemore of Weymouth and the late Richard M. Jolliemore, Sr.

Devoted brother of William L. Jolliemore and his wife Susan of Whitman, Deborah A. Reardon and her husband Sean of Brockton.

Loving uncle of William L. Jolliemore II and John B. Jolliemore, Aaron N. Reardon and Shauna L. Reardon.

Rich is also survived by his aunt, Irene Gamel, of Taunton.

Memorial Funeral Services will be conducted at the Sweeney Brothers Home for Funerals, 1 Independence Avenue, Quincy, on Friday, September 18, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Memorial Visitation prior to the service from 10 – 11 a.m.
