Fiore A. DiNanno, age 90, of Braintree, died peacefully, Sunday, September 27, 2026 in the comfort of his home.

Fiore was born in Filetto, Province of Chieti, Region of Abruzzo, Italy. Raised and educated there, Fiore immigrated to the United States in 1956, at the age of twenty, arriving in Quincy. He lived in Braintree for over sixty years.

He was employed as a plumber and worked for various companies throughout his career. Fiore also worked at the former Fore River Shipyard in Quincy for a short time.

Fiore enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved music, dancing, and playing the accordion. He also was an excellent cook.

Beloved husband of the late Licia (Sciarra) DiNanno.

Devoted son of the late Maria (Della Penna) and Donato DiNanno.

Dear brother of Luciana Trabocchi and her husband Giuseppe of Florence, Italy, and the late Serafina Grazioso and her late husband Rocco.

Fiore is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their families.

Funeral Services will be conducted at the Sweeney Brothers Home for Funerals, 1 Independence Avenue, Quincy, on Friday, October 2, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visitation prior to the service from 10 – 11 a.m. Interment Mount Wollaston Cemetery.
