A Smile that would melt your heart!! He did so much for the City of Quincy and its people. My Favorite Memory was when I went to Central Jr High to the State House and he yelled up where we were sitting and Yelled “I Love you Wendy Browne”! Being about 11 years old I was so embarrassed! Then when we were leaving he came over and gave me a Big Hug and Kiss! Wow was I surprised! It was always a good laugh years to follow . God Love you Arthur! Together for ever with your Beautiful Shirley!

  • MR T appointed me to the QPD in 1981. We became dear friends. He was always there to help Marines when they needed it. It was always his first priority to help a kid stay out of the system if possible and get a second chance. He helped so many People not only Marines. His family was always the source of so much pride and they always were first in his life. He was an incredible man. So proud to have been a friend and brother Marine. I will never forget him or be able to thank him enough for all his kindness. I look forward to the day when I do see him again.
