Suzanne F. Dooley, age 75

Suzanne F. (Vejvoda) Dooley, age 75, of Quincy, passed peacefully, Saturday, August 30, 2025 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, surrounded by her loving family.

Suzanne was born in Boston, to the late Winifred M. (Wilson) Vejvoda and the late Adolph (Pat) W. Vejvoda. She was raised in Dorchester and graduated National Honors Society from Dorchester High School, Class of 1968.

She raised her family in South Boston and lived in Quincy for nearly 30 years.

She worked as a bank teller for many years and had countless fond relationships with her customers.

Suzanne was a devout Catholic and prayed the Holy Rosary daily. She was a parishioner of Most Blessed Sacrament Church.

She was a loyal Boston sports fan and enjoyed cooking for her family. Most especially, Suzanne was a loving homemaker to her husband, sons, and grandchildren, to whom she was selflessly dedicated.

Beloved wife for 52 years of Robert P. Dooley.

Devoted mother of Jason C. Dooley and his wife Crystal, Patrick O. Dooley, James E. Dooley, and Robert J. Dooley, all of Quincy.

Loving grandmother of Leaha and Jayson.

Dear sister of Edward J. Vejvoda of Weymouth, the late Judith A. Vejvoda, the late James M. Vejvoda and his late wife Josephine and the late Patricia M. Fillon.

Dear aunt to many surviving nieces and nephews.

She was laid to rest by her immediate family at Pine Hill Cemetery in Quincy, Mass.
