  • We were so saddened to learn of your tremendous loss. Grace was incredibly special to me & a significant & happy part of my childhood on Richfield St. With her sense of humor, great laugh, & down-to-earth style of being, she made every moment fun & memorable. When my mum listed Grace on my Squantum School contact card, I was thrilled! I imagined that somehow I would get to spend a whole day with her listening to the Saturday Night Fever album blasting on her stereo, eating her amazing Italian cooking, & enjoying the air-conditioned living room as she had it long before we did! I am still a dedicated AC-on-high fan! I got a wonderful phone call from Grace during the pandemic and I was overjoyed to hear from her. Since I am terrible keeping in touch with everyone, I have profound regret that I missed more of this wonderful woman who really was dear to me and dear to my folks. My heart is broken I won’t get that chance. I can only imagine how heartbroken you all are…sending our deepest condolences & thoughts to you all, with love always.

  • Dear Caprigno Family,

My deepest condolences to all of you for your loss of dear Grace. My forever memory of her will be her place on Richfield St. as our beloved neighbor.

I was a young teenager when Mr. & Mrs. Caprigno arrived as the “new” across the street neighbors. Not long after, I became babysitter for baby Amy. Years passed quickly and soon I moved to married life, however not my memory of Grace and that great big personality of hers! Grace entering our home simply evoked laughter. She had a smile, story, interest in us, sometimes a cooking sample, and of course, the laugh. It was always a pleasure and FUN to be in her company. I will always appreciate her friendship with our mother. Each of my children expressed their sadness upon learning of her passing, recalling her in their visits to their grandparents with great fondness.

    May she rest in peace.

  • Godspeed Grace. Thank you for your friendship and humor. God bless, prayers to Tony and the children. You were one of a kind and the world is a little darker without you. Love and prayers.

  • Tony God Bless your Mom. She was a Sweetheart and Loved by so many. I know how much she Loved her Anthony and making her a Grandmother was the Most Beautiful gift you could have given her. God Love her..her suffering is over and she is at Peace. Mom will always Live on in your Heart! My Love to you all! Fondly, Wendy

  • Tony, Amy, Anthony and Michael, so very sorry for your loss. I have so many memories of going to “Auntie Grace’s ” house when I was a kid with my mom. Will never forget her! May she rest in peace.

  • Rest in peace ❤️🌹

  • I am so sad to learn of Grace’s passing. Although I haven’t seen her in many years we shared a great time together growing up in the North Central Ave/ Brook St area
We had a wonderful group of friends there and during the summer we always hung out on Sorrento’s back porch listening to WMEX We were all followers of America Bandstand. Grace and I also went to the same High School and shared a ride in her dad’s truck every morning. We had so many laughs. Grace May you rest in peace!!!🙏🙏
