Judith I. (Conrad) Foley, age 76

Judith I. (Conrad) Foley, age 76, a lifelong Braintree resident, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, in the comfort of her loving family.

Judith was born in Braintree, to the late Herbert H. and M. Pauline (Kallis) Conrad. Raised and educated there, she was a graduate of Braintree High School, Class of 1964.

Judy had been employed as a waitress in the restaurant industry and had also worked for American Service Company in Quincy. She was primarily a homemaker who was devoted to her family.

Judy was an avid walker and loved animals.

Beloved wife for thirty years of Thomas C. Foley, Jr.

Devoted mother of Daniel J. Conrad and his wife Kathy McHugh of Braintree, Thomas C. Foley III and his wife Rebecca of Carver, Marcy M. Stanley and her husband Steve of Dothan, Alab., Matthew T. Foley and his wife Kim of Anaheim, Calif., and Courtney L. Foley and Beny Vega of Braintree.

Loving grandmother of four.

Dear sister of Nancy P. Seager and her husband Richard of North Stonington, Conn., and the late Fred J. Conrad.

Judy is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held at the Sweeney Brothers Home for Funerals, 1 Independence Avenue, Quincy, on Monday, November 28, from 4 – 6 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Funeral Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 29, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
