Luis A. Rios, age 59, a lifelong resident of Boston, died peacefully, Thursday, September 24, 2026 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, in the care and comfort of his loving family.

Beloved son of Ramona Rios Mendez of Boston and the late Eladio Rios Gonzalez.

Loving brother of Lilly Rios of Boston and her fiancé Steven, Melvin Rios and his wife Ada of Quincy.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Saint John the Baptist Church, 44 School Street, Quincy, on Thursday, October 1, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visitation will be held at the Sweeney Brothers Home for Funerals, 1 Independence Avenue, Quincy, from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. Interment Mount Benedict Cemetery, West Roxbury.
