  • Our deepest sympathies to all the Hussey family on the passing of Mike. Such a kind, gentle man.
Marian and her late husband John have very fond memories of times spent with Mike and Bridie, both in Boston and later on in their home in Sneem and Marian and John’s home in Tralee.
Marian recalls a feeling of being in a very happy place when they visited them in their cottage in Sneem. It exuded warmth and cheerfulness always.
I(Pauline, Marian’s sister) had the pleasure of spending an evening with them in Marian’s house. What a night we had playing cards and I recall Mike being happy out to stay in the background and let Bridie’s personality shine. They really were a great team.
Marian also recalled a very enjoyable trip to Knock with them in John’s jeep and the fun and laughter they had on the journey.
    May he rest in peace.
