Michelle J. (Nigrelli) Acciavatti, age 78, of North Weymouth, died peacefully, Sunday, June 21, 2026 in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Boston, she was raised in Medford and Quincy, and was a graduate of Quincy High School. She lived in North Weymouth for over fifty years.

Michelle worked as a loan officer in the banking industry and had been retired for many years.

She enjoyed crafting, antiques, shopping, and had an interest in fashion. Most of all, she was devoted to her family, especially her granddaughter.

Devoted mother of Michelle T. Todd and her husband Shawn of North Weymouth.

Loving grandmother of Francesca T. Todd.

Beloved daughter of the late Theresa S. (Spinosa) and Michael J. Nigrelli.

Michelle is also survived by many cousins.

Visiting Hours will be held at the Sweeney Brothers Home for Funerals, 1 Independence Avenue, Quincy, on Monday, June 29, from 4 – 7 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Saint Joseph’s Church, 550 Washington Street, Quincy, on Tuesday, June 30, at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford, will take place privately at a later date.
