Patricia E. (Mahan) Campbell, age 86, a longtime resident of Braintree, died peacefully, Thursday, October 24, 2024 in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife for sixty-one years of the late Robert J. “Soupy” Campbell. The two were high school sweethearts and inseparable for sixty-eight years.

Devoted mother of Debra A. Campbell of Saugus and the late Brian R. Campbell.

One of five siblings, Pat was the twin sister of Michael Mahan and his wife Rita of Taunton, and sister of Claire Holbrook and her husband Richard of Plymouth, Loretta Kane of Fla., and the late Dorothy Bryant. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their families.

Pat was born in Boston to the late Michael and Eva (Bell) Mahan. Raised and educated in Dorchester, she has lived in Braintree for fifty-seven years.

She was employed as a waitress and had worked for twelve years at Jimmy’s Restaurant in Braintree.

Pat was devoted to her family and will be greatly missed by her loving daughter, Deb.

Memorial Funeral Services will be conducted at McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin Street (Route 37), Braintree, on Friday, November 1, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Memorial Visitation prior to the service from 10 – 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Braintree Cemetery.
