I can’t believe you are gone from this earth so soon!
You were for so many of us the old salt who we thought we be here forever. We enjoyed so many fun days out on the boat and 3rd of July’s watching the fireworks tying up on your mooring right under them.
I’m so glad we had a chance to talk this summer and have few laughs not realizing this would be the last time.
Please know that you will be sorely missed by the Forrester family and wish you peace and great fishing in your next life!
    Sincerely
    Jim, Marcia + Family

  • I went to Bob’s service and introduced myself to his wife and kids. I knew nobody there and nobody knew me. I remember Bob from the gym. We often chatted, just small talk. At 84 years of age, I did more talking than working out at the gym. I liked talking to him because he had such a kind face. There are some things that I though his family would want to know. I was at the gym ‘that’ day. He walked by me, smiled, said hello and asked me how my holidays were in California with my daughter. We talked for a bit. He smiled, took a few more steps and then he would be gone forever. He was smiling, didn’t seem to be in distress. I can’t say enough about the staff and the EMT crew that worked on tirelessly on him. Those who knew him clustered together any prayed silently for him.
Goes without saying that his family and close friends will miss him terribly but he will also be missed by those who knew him only from the gym. Rest in peace, Bob
