Robert O. “Bob” Merrill, age 58, a longtime resident of Braintree, died suddenly, Friday, June 2, 2023 at South Shore Hospital.
Robert was born in Weymouth, raised and educated in Braintree. He was a graduate of Braintree High School, Class of 1983, and had lived in Braintree for most of his life.
Bob had worked as a mechanic in the automotive industry for many years and had also worked at Walmart Supercenter in Plymouth.
Beloved husband for fourteen years of Sheila J. (Riley) Merrill.
Devoted father of Jessica A. Merrill of Braintree.
Son of the late Thomas and Emilie (Brummer) Merrill.
At the request of the family, funeral services were private.
